We had just driving from Salisbury Cathedral and were on our way to see the Roman Baths but needed a little refueling before we entered. Pret is always a reliable place to stop for a quick bite. I fell in love with Pret in London and quickly used Yelp to find the closest one to me. In London, they're never too far away but I wasn't sure about Bath.
Much to my pleasure Pret did not fail us here! On this day, I decided to have the Chef's Italian Chicken Salad and it was just as fabulous as anything else I've had at Pret. I especially love how Pret lists the calorie count on their items, it makes it so much easier to make choices when you're trying to watch your caloric intake. I wish more restaurants did this in Canada. I wish Pret would come to Canada. We need you. -

Needed a respite from heavy meals we were having at typical restaurants, and found great salads at Pret a Manger to take out. Very healthy, very delicious. Thank you for having this available to us on our journey - we all need a step back from rich, traditional food.

Come lunch time, when all the hungry office workers are desperate for caffeine and sandwiches every coffee shop is full. But the Pret a Manger on Stall Street is definitely one of the busiest. Which is good in a way - it's popular for a reason. The sandwiches are freshly made, the staff are friendly and the prices are relatively cheap.
If you're going to pay a visit here, I'd advised going early (around 11am) or take your sandwich away with you. In summer I love to buy a Pret mozzarella salad and walk up the park to attempt to get a tan. But if you're short on time, I'd avoid this place like the plague; even though the staff work extremely hard, the queues can reach the door. -

We popped in here because I'm sure like most people we were like cattle on a tour and only had a few hours in Bath. It was freezing outside so I opted for the chicken and rice soup. Open the soup...no chicken. I don't mean there were only a few bits and I was being fussy...I mean there was NO chicken. So I figured let me ask them about it. This kid goes and bring his supervisor and she's like oh haha...yes we've been having this issue with this soup...sometimes when we empty the packet chicken is there and sometimes not. They are like...you can choose something else...there are no other soups and I don't want a sandwich because I can only handle gluten in small amounts...they are totally unhelpful and instead of refunding me the money and letting me drink my rice...they KEEP THE SOUP! Like??? What are they going to do with that? I had to literally leave the store and buy a hotdog from a kiosk since by now I was so short on time.

Always love Pret. It's a bit of a risk to come so near closing time, but they still had plenty of sandwiches available, including my trusty fav - the line-caught tuna!
